Since we installed HC, we hardly have to do any technical support, because the trouble ticket is so brilliant and due to the sheer amount of features you can administer from the HC interface and the online help, we didnt get clients ringing up asking for support half as much as we used to. Over the last year it has probably saved us around £3,000 in employee time alone

We had teething problems in the beginning, but now that the HC7 is up and running it is a really pleasure not having to be subjected to the inadequacies of plesk. HC7 gives us everything that we need. The support staff at HC7 is of the best ever encountered.

Extremely. As a host that stresses quality over quantity, which we've found is too rare, hosting controller delivers the stability and power a site needs on NT. We've used many other packages including HELM, and HELM seems to bog down. HController isn't at intuative at first, but once you get past the rough edges its simply better. Its all we install now.

I feel that the the added value HC brings is enormous. My clients no longer require a tech to do simple tasks such as creating email accounts or ODBC DSNs. I have yet to use the latest version but I believe the added functionality will be extremely beneficial. I have plenty of feedback I can leave but I have little time right now to type. Feel free to email me Neuman or Imran if you want more details or give me a call and we can talk sometime. Here's one thing. I removed references back to you in the control panel on my servers, though anyone looking at it will know. I have edited the version we're using extensively for our network and setup and it's great. I'd say I spent a week editing the controller since I first installed it and this compared to the 6 months of developer time it would have taken is well worth it. I also have plans for it down the road that I want to discuss with you at a later date. It's the logical fit for what I have planned.
